- JLJack Leslie5 days ago5.0Never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros. The only negative is I have to drive in from Lakeland to get it. However, every time I go the staff are always very friendly and the service is fast! You’ll be in and out in five minutes! I recommend the Golden Eagle both in chai and latte form and I can’t wait to continue to try new menu items each time I’m back Very excited for the Lakeland location to open up but I will still try my best to frequent both.

This time I wanted to try another drink , I asked the young lady on only the name of the drink and asked for both small and large , trusting in the young lady we didn’t think to say iced , hot or blended nor were we asked how . We go to the window and our drink was mistakenly given to the car informer of us and noticed it was iced ,,, not what we wanted. Now that we know the drink is not to be given to us because it was handed to someone else we asked For it to be made blended . The Hispanic young lady at front window made us feel like a huge bother and Liars and so rude about it. Telling the one who making the drinks that NOW we want blended. There are different ways to go about that . Please to the order lady ask how you want the drink and to the lady in window be more understanding if we are a bother to you than working with people is not it for you.
- MMMattApr 1, 20261.0Visited Dutch Bros for the first time and at this location, and it literally left a bad taste in my mouth. The 3 of us all ordered specialty hot coffees, and what we all received were cups of tasteless coffee filled with milk. There were a bunch of young teenagers working at this location that had absolutely no idea how to make a proper cup of coffee. Not to mention the high price for just a cup of milk literally. Bad impressions for a first time visit. I’ll stick to Dunkin and Starbucks. Won’t be back!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
