  Great experience. It was fast getting my chicken bowl with white rice,black beans, cheese, and tomato salsa. It was very good. The chips were delicious. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The food was hot and I didn't wait long to get it. K are the whole thing it was so great.

  I had an issue tonight where I didn’t get my delivery order and received someone else’s and was supposed to be ready at 2:40pm. When I got to this store, I found out that the order didn’t even come from this one! Josh, Alura, Ciara, and Emmanuel (GM) are the best crew and management team that I have ever encountered! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and got my order! I didn’t have to try to figure out what store I needed to go to, drive there, and deal with this all over again. They are the best and truly made this disaster a pleasant experience!

  They want you to pay full price when they give you half portions. Truly the worst chipotle to exist. I went to pick up an online order and I tell the ignorant man the name of the order and he immediately says no without even confirming what name I told him. A couple minutes go by and I tell him the order should’ve been ready and he takes a look at the name of the order on my phone and has the nerve to correct the pronunciation of MY name. And then goes to the shelf and hands me my order. I wasted waiting there bc of his poor communication and dismissive behavior. Every time I come in this chipotle it’s the worst service known to man. I still visit this location bc it’s the closet to me but yk what yall got it

  Review: A $60 Disappointment at Chipotle (Winter Haven) ​Rating: 1/5 Stars ​I generally expect a certain level of quality from Chipotle, but my recent Uber Eats order from the Winter Haven location was an absolute disaster. For a $60.00 order, the lack of care and basic quality control was staggering. ​The Burrito "Disappearing Act" ​I ordered a steak and carnitas burrito, but the carnitas was completely missing. To make matters worse, several other toppings I requested were nowhere to be found. Instead of the hefty, "healthy-sized" burrito Chipotle is known for, I received something that looked like it came off a value menu at Taco Bell. It was thin, underfilled, and half of the ingredients I paid for were absent. ​The Quesadilla & Sides ​My wife’s steak quesadilla was a total letdown—completely dry and flavorless. We also ordered a side of corn that was borderline inedible. ​Chips, Guacamole, and Quality ​The "Large" chips and guacamole we ordered were the final insult. ​The Chips: I paid for a large bag, but it was barely a quarter full. To top it off, they were completely stale. ​The Guacamole: It arrived looking brown and unappetizing, clearly not fresh. ​Final Verdict ​Paying $60.00 for missing proteins, wrong portions, stale chips, and oxidized guacamole is unacceptable. This Winter Haven location is easily the worst I’ve encountered. If you’re ordering delivery, save your money and your appetite—this was a complete waste of both. ​Advice to the Manager: Please look into your portioning and quality checks for digital orders. Receiving a bag of stale chips and a brown side of guac is a sure way to lose a customer for good.

  I was the only person in the store and instead of getting a greeting or any acknowledgement the workers they except maybe 1 were more focused on their own personal convos about cars. After a few, the person who's supposed to be making my order asks me what I want and when I say a burrito he asks me if" I'm sure I want a burrito" twice and when I said yeah I'm sure... He huffs like dead serious loudly huffs and does the body movements and all like I'm making him go overly out of his way. And after doing that instead of just focusing on my order and getting me outta here since I'm clearly "bothering" him he's back into his convo with the other 3 workers in the kitchen. Which I guess wouldn't of been an issue if it didn't cause him to re-ask me my ingredients for a third time, bro couldn't even wrap my burrito right til he stopped talking. Plus the overly profane language; like I'm the last person to not cuss but the guy sounded like a 5th grader who just discovered cuss words.. also buddy your at work? I was going to get more but to avoid a possible issue I just paid for my food and dipped without saying anything, not like the guy ( shorter possibly white guy with the black beard btw )said anything else after ringing me up. It was an hour and a half before close so I wasn't expecting Disney service but I didn't even get the bare minimum, will not be back ✌🏾. And please keep your feedback survey, my review says enough
