  Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, received a wrap with only lettuce in it. Not even chicken, or any of the other ingredients. Also ordered a burger no pickle, received a burger only pickle. Not to mention the 44 minute wait to received my “fast food”. Yeesh.

  Valeria B. And Brandon are the right representation of Wendy’s. They both provide great drive-thru customer service, Chik-Fil-A style. Unlike others who have provided rude and nasty attitude.

  I went through the drive through before work so I could eat before my shift. I ordered a side of 6 chicken nuggets. There was three cars in front of me which took 7 minutes to get food for two of the cars, one was asked to pull forward to wait for their food. I was asked to also pull forward. I then waiting for over 5 minutes with no cars in the drive through like for 6 nuggets. I called the store for a refund because I had to get out of line since they were making me late for work. I called the store three times with no answer so I didn’t even get my money back. If you need a quick food (FAST food) don’t go to Wendy’s. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Dining room also only had one family in it.

  Extremely poorly run Wendy's. Employees lack sense of urgency and worse yet hardly trained. Not a single table wiped. Floor very dirty. Observed several customer returning for missing out wrong items. Manager or acting, not focused on running her shift. All orders packed to go even dine in orders. Food items are over or under cooked. My order took 30 minutes and it was wrong. Check the bag before heading out or driving off.
