  Wow what happened to Taco Bell? I got practically empty tacos, and half the order missing. Place is practically empty but they can’t get a simple order right. Definitely not coming back to this place.

  No line im the drive thru, 15 mins waiting and they telling us there is a delayed inside when there's almost NO CARS IN THE PARKING LOT! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHILE ASKING UPDATES! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THERE IS A REASON ITS CALLED FASSSSTTTT FOOOD! If you can't live up to your marketing and advertising you shouldn't be in business period.

  Horrible drive thru time, 30+ min and when I finally got up to order food i was told they are no longer taking orders. Manager was extremely rude. I felt so sorry for the young gentleman working the window. He said he was new and very apologetic for his rude manager.

  I don’t know how this place is open… it’s been here what a year maybe two at this point? I’ve been here 4 or 5 times and every time it’s a reminder that I should never come back to it. Sat in the drive thru 10 minutes tonight not a single car moved, thankful I was able to back up and leave. I feel for the staff here, whoever owns this franchise sucks.

  I spent nearly half of my one hour lunch break in the drive thru line today. The kitchen at this location needs some serious back up help as the service is just too slow. Then, when I drove the one minute back to work to eat my beef tacos, they were already cold.
