  I ordered a large pizza with three toppings for $16. I gave them my credit card number and they said the order would be here in a half an hour. One hour later the pizza never showed up. I called back to ask where the pizza was and they said that I was not even in the system. My credit card had been charged and then Pizza Hut canceled it. So I talked to someone else on the phone and he said they would make me a new pizza and it would be free of charge for my troubles. Half an hour later, A lady named Rosa came to the door with the Pizza. But this time she wanted $20. I tried to explain it to her, but she did not speak English at all. So then she walked away with the pizza and I went in the house. A few minutes later, she drove off with the pizza. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life with Pizza Hut!

  I’ve always had a good experience here! Even if something is wrong or the wait is a little longer than expected they have always taken care of us! 10/10 would recommend!

  The winter garden location was much cleaner than other locations.Good food Pizza was fresh. mostly comfort food 😋

  Great experience ordering from this Pizza Hut! The food was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly, and the manager was professional and attentive. She went about and beyond to make sure our order of 17 pizzas was ready almost as soon as they opened. Everything ran smoothly. Will definitely be ordering again! 🍕
