The food is okay, the service isn't bad, but the manager or owner orders the air conditioning turned off, even during peak hours, to save money on electricity. The food made us all sick, and I don't think I would return to this particular place.

The customer service was marvelous. I ordered the sirloin, ribs, and cheesy corn. The ribs were perfect, exactly how I wanted them. The sirloin was a little tough, but that may have been because I ordered it well done. Overall, it’s a good restaurant, and I’m glad to have this new location in my neighborhood
This is one of the most disorganized outbacks I’ve ever had the displeasure of dining at. The manager, I believe Brittney, was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever met. The way I saw her speak to staff and manage the restaurant at a busy time was appalling to say the least. I feel bad for the employees working here, if she stays in charge I have a feeling this location won’t be around long

I had honestly written off Outback for a while — the food had become pretty mediocre, and the Bloomin’ Onion had turned into a greasy mess. But we decided to give the new Winter Garden location a shot, and I’m really glad we did.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and incredibly fast, friendly service. Ashley, our server, was outstanding — attentive, caring, and made the whole dinner experience genuinely fun.
We started with the Bloomin’ Onion, and it tasted like the Outback we all remember at its best — perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The steaks were just as impressive — cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
This is the Outback I remember. The Winter Garden location has completely changed my mind and put this place back on the map for me. Highly recommend!

When you come before the dinner rush and you’re a party of two the maître d' ‘s eyes will without fail light up knowing they’re going to try to seat you at the worst seat in the house- it’s important you put your foot down. why are we being seated by the door when the place is empty??
service was fine, bloomin onion was a little overcooked, salmon was way over cooked it did not need to be that cooked (was never asked how I wanted it prepared), I guess I should’ve specified not completely dead, I thought it was normal to have it still be a little pink inside
overall a mid trip, needs to step it up to outcompete the restaurants surrounding in my opinion
