Nobody else is on the other line because it’s a two line thing and literally wait a minute or two because they tell me to hang on and then the other line people will pull up like a minute or two after and they’ll start having their order taken while I’m still waiting. I am really sick and tired of this McDonald’s not being able to multitask if they can’t take a handle taking an order while they’re doing the window they need to have somebody else do it. It’s the second time that it’s happened today. I pulled up. They told me to hold on. There was another car behind me. The other line was empty, sat here and waited for at least another minute or two finally the car behind me decided to back up and go to the other place, and they started getting their order taken first so I left
- JAJackie AlanizMar 23, 20263.0This location gets the orders correct 99% of the time compared to the location on Daniels (which is also more expensive for some reason) so I prefer this location; however, their drive thru line management is abysmal in the mornings. I don't want to dread "picking the wrong line" and watching six cars go through the line I didn't choose while I'm still waiting for someone to take my order. I've not had this experience at any other McDonald's where only one person manages one drive through line and whatever staff member is free will grab the other line when convenient. It's incredibly frustrating and a terrible start to the day.
