We found out we ordered a Cajun fries but got the regular one. When we brought back it to the counter and told them that’s the wrong fries. The fries person took a look and said it is the Cajun fries. We thought we didn’t check the bottom of bag so we get back to our seats and check again. All of them are regular fries apparently they gave out the wrong fries and the fries just tried to cover that out by lying. Terrible location for lying people on their own mistake

A negative comment was made towards my friends service animal and towards her handicap, which made her feel very isolated. I would not recommend this location for someone who has ADA accessible needs. For context her service animal was clearly labeled service animal as well. Ron B provided very good service however it was that other lady who ruined our experience

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
