  How incompatible are your employees just to through sauces in an online order in the bag!!!!! These kids are a disgrace for what we have growing up in this world!!! A 10 year old can do this job yet your employees fail the easiest task!!!! What a JOKE!!!!!

  We ordered through the app at home, since we live close by. After ordering we were there in about 6-8 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and spent $30 for our food and the whole order was crap. Chicken quesadilla was missing chicken, cold nacho fries, chicken cantina tacos partially toasted and hardly any chicken, hardly any beef in the crunch wrap, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and the Doritos locos taco. Also, somehow the cinnamon twists were like rock hard. The only good things in the order were our drinks… 😅

  The worst Taco bell of Florida award will go to this Winter garden Hamlin location. They never have people working and make you wait 30 minutes to get your order ready. I can write whole lot more here but that won't change anything.. go somewhere else. Avoid this location if you can.

  Highly NOT recommended. I would recommend you find another taco bell, management and customer service at this location are terrible. The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous, Customer service seems like an inconvenience, even after waiting for 20 minutes for our food the order was incorrect and demanded an extra trip inside for the rest of our food. The front deak staff inside was friendly but the food was overcooked, the chicken strips in the burrito were so overcooked there was no meat left, it was literally so deepfried it crumbled when I bit into it. The burritos were not wrapped and just fell apart when we opened the wrapper.

  For the sake of your employees, I hope management sees this review. First of all, we go to Taco Bell entirely too often… 1-3x per week, I’d say. We have see the rapid decline of this location specifically. Pretty much all evening long, whether on week nights or week days, you will be waiting over 30+ mins to be served, and that’s being generous; expect it to take much longer unless you hit the jackpot and somehow come when it’s dead. 95% of the time the drive thru line will be crazy long and stagnant, and the tiny interior will be crammed full of angry people awaiting their order. I feel terrible for these employees because they’re always working to the bone and never seem to have enough help. Angry customers tired of waiting forever are always yelling at them, be it in the drive thru or inside at the counter. Today we placed a pickup order about 40 mins ago and are still waiting to be served. Our food was supposed to be ready over 20 mins ago and, based on how many people are here, it doesn’t look like it’s coming anytime soon. This is not fast food and this is frankly one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever been to. We only come here because we’re extremely busy and it’s a quick meal we can grab for dinner after super long days… now our frustration today has made it so we have decided to not come back. Ordering at this location takes as long or sometimes longer than it would to sit down at a restaurant and be served real quality food, AND we wouldn’t have to watch mean people mistreat your staff (who already appear to be doing their best) which is awful. Just a truly negative and insufferable experience every single time we come here now, for months straight. Take my word for it :)
