  I’ve had repeated issues at this Taco Bell. On multiple visits my order has been incorrect, and the drive-thru line is consistently very slow. The atmosphere feels EXTREMELY unwelcoming and the service comes off rude as hell. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and an accurate order. I’m leaving this review because it’s been a pattern, not a one-time visit. 2 stars for this place is generous.

  Waited in the drive through line almost 30 min. They must be frying in dirty oil because the fried stuff tasted terrible/burnt. The employees are unplugging the screen that shows how long the orders have taken so it doesn't seem as bad as it is. Just terrible all around, and at this point it's pretty clear the owners don't care.

  Maybe they should replace this place with a Bojangles or something because this has got to be the worst taco bell by far. I heard someone got food poisoning here already. The wait time is rediculous. Its like the twilight zone. Just across the street is a very well running chik fil a then you come to this place and its like a taco bell being ran in pine hills. An embarrassing establishment in a great part of town. I really love taco bell, this certain one makes my stomach churn. This place needs a refurbish quickly or just replace the whole thing with something different.

  I come here pretty often and honestly today was the last time I’ll ever come back or ever eat Taco Bell again. The service is always terrible, it takes 15 minutes to get a $5 combo meal through dine in, meanwhile 15 orders of drive thru go out, the drink machine is forever either out of ice or syrup for the drinks, the bathroom today was completely covered in some type of sticky substance and it has been there a while since it’s sticky. I watched 3 other people while I was eating my food wait 20 mins for a burrito and a few drinks. Completely unprofessional.

  This place SUCKS!!!!!! I’ve been here several times as Taco Bell is my daughter’s favorite but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME this place DISAPPOINTS!!!! Foods okay, atmosphere is dirty and service is terrible! Nobody there wants to work, be friendly or do anything for that matter! They complain while taking your order as if they are mad you walked in. If you don’t like your job, find another one but no need to take it out on paying customers that keep you employed. I’m so tired of Taco Bell’s honestly. They are all the same unfortunately. I’d rather pay more anywhere else just to get better service! Don’t waste your time or money! Wish they had negative stars to give because that’s what they deserve!
