  I placed an online order the past 2 times I've gotten a protein bowl. I get the American club protein bowl with lettuce spinach, honey mustard mayo, and ranch, extra tomatoes and pickles. I get a original bag of sun chips. The past two times instead of extra tomatoes I've received no tomatoes, and instead of the original sun chips blue bag i get the cheddar. Now i understand if u may be out of original but give me the option to choose a different chip. And no tomatoes when it clearly says extra irks me so bad.

  I am Chilean, and my family and I visited this Subway in Winter Garden. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. The lady who attended us was rude, disrespectful, and showed racist behavior toward us. We felt extremely uncomfortable with the way we were treated, something that has never happened to us in other Subway locations such as Alpharetta or Atlanta, where we have always received kind, patient, and respectful service. We came because we enjoy the food, but this treatment was completely disappointing and ruined our visit. I truly hope management takes action so that no one else has to go through such a negative and uncomfortable situation. Personally, I will never return to this location. Soy chilena y junto a mi familia visitamos este Subway en Winter Garden. Lamentablemente tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable. La señora que nos atendió fue grosera, descortés y tuvo actitudes racistas hacia nosotros. Nos sentimos extremadamente incómodos con la manera en que nos trató, algo que nunca nos había pasado en otros locales de Subway como en Alpharetta o Atlanta, donde siempre hemos recibido atención amable, paciente y respetuosa. Vinimos porque nos gusta la comida, pero este trato fue completamente decepcionante y arruinó nuestra visita. Espero sinceramente que la gerencia tome medidas para que nadie más tenga que pasar por una situación tan negativa e incómoda. En lo personal, no volveré nunca más a este lugar.

  Paying $15 for a footlong and a drink at the drive-thru is already pricey, but the tipping prompt makes it worse. There's no table service—just grabbing food through a window—yet they still try to pressure you into tipping. It feels unnecessary and off-putting.
