Today was beyond annoying, I spoke with Eddie to place a take out order. I paid extra for specific things and didn’t get what I ask for. Sadly I didn’t notice the error until I made it home. I called regarding the mistake and spoke to the “manager” Max who tried to be helpful but became unnecessarily rude. He went from I can credit the phone number but you have to mention the complaint the next time you call. Unfortunately, I opted to simply have my card credited for the order mistake. He began mumbling as though he didn’t care to communicate any longer and I was placed on hold when I ask if he could speak louder bc I had no idea what he was mumbling. After he returned back to the call and noticed I was still holding he hung up the call. Not sure if there has been a management change or what, but the service here today was very poor.
