Personally we are not diabetic but this place could have a lawsuit on their hands with the regularity of this it does not seem to be an accident. Tonight when I let them know they gave us 2 Cokes not Diet Cokes in the drive through line, we got 2 new drinks one was Diet Coke and one was Cherry Coke. Like what? Why am I paying for something I didn’t want and twice given wrong drinks. We already left so did not get a new drink after that. we only come here for the soda and the workers here either think it’s funny or are just really bad at their jobs. Sadly we will just go to Wendy’s for our DC even though McDonald Diet Coke is much better I can’t keep getting regular coke every other time it’s truly so gross. Guess when Dutch Bros opens this place will loose half their business due to the staff here.

- GGGymnasticsNov 30, 20251.0This is the third time but I have had a very disappointing experience at this location. This time it was horrible. We ordered our food at 6:40 and got it at 7:30. It was almost an hour of wait. For 2 BIG MACS and some fries. Ridiculous!!!! Plaster is about 10 angry customers behind me also complaining about the long wait and the employees were all super rude and angry basically yelling at us. 🤦🏻♀️ In addition, our food was super cold and stale!!!!! They didn’t even explain why they were taking soooo long. I could’ve given it zero stars I would! NEVER COME HERE again!!!! I want a refund now!!!! The managers, especially were soooo rude. The one nice employee was an old lady on break , she actually helped us when our Order arrived wrong. Did I also mention that they had about five people‘s orders mixed up? This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m never coming back.
