Somehow both the drive-thru and the dine-in are both completely backed up by about 20 minutes for simple coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The employees inside seem lost and confused with every single order that comes in. It's unfortunate because I like Dunkin donuts but at that point I'd rather just go to Starbucks.

I always mobile order ahead to try to avoid the long wait but it never seems to work. this is the only location I have problems with, and from a former barista at a similar location I KNOW it should not take this long every single time.
