This occurred on 10/29/25 around 12:23pm. The woman on the speaker was rude and inconsiderate and borderline discriminatory. Unacceptable.

She gave me advices to choose the drink because you were out of hot chocolate. The Candy bar latte was the one she told me to try and it was so good. I can’t remember her name sadly. The interaction with her was nice ! Thank you girl! In general I love to come here because the team is amazing
- HCHailey ChapmanOct 16, 20251.0I’m never one to complain given I work in food service as well, so I can understand how hard you guys work and how frustrating a job it can be, but I had the rudest interaction today ordering at the drive thru, when I add one thing I’d be cut off multiple times with “is that it?” “Anything else” After every single thing I ordered, then I ordered a latte and she asked me how many pumps do I want for a flavor, I asked her what’s a normal amount because I don’t know that, and she just gave me a big sigh and then gave me an answer. It was just very weird, basically it’s free to be nice and don’t be mad because there’s a bunch of mobile orders that’s not my fault. On top of that I waited 15 minutes for a pretty basic order and I was the only person in the line
