I ordered a nitro cold brew, nothing custom, just a simple pour. After waiting 15 minutes, it didn’t seem like anyone was going to get to my order. I was on a limited schedule, so I had to leave without a drink. I had already tipped 20% on a $5 order, which made the experience even more frustrating. Disappointing and inefficient service for such a basic order.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Dunkin’ location today.
I placed a mobile order and, once I reached the speaker, tried to add one additional donut that was not available through the app. The woman taking my order was immediately rude in her tone. She asked whether I was paying with card or cash, and when I said card, she told me I would have to park and come inside because the drive-thru card reader was not working. This was extremely frustrating considering the drive-thru line was insanely long and I had already waited a significant amount of time just to reach the speaker. In my opinion, guests should not be inconvenienced like that, especially when a mobile order has already been placed.
To avoid further delay, I agreed to pay cash and also ordered a pup cup for my dog, who was with us in the car. I was shocked to be charged $1 for it, as I have never been charged for a pup cup here or at any other Dunkin’ location. On top of that, the pup cup was laughably small. I am attaching a photo because charging for something that tiny feels incredibly petty, especially for a company that clearly does not need the extra dollar. I paid anyway because my dog was already excited and expecting it.
After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes, I finally reached the windows. At the first window, there was no employee present to take my payment. When the car ahead of me moved forward, I followed so the already long line would not be held up. At the next window, the employee, Aracely (according to the name tag), scolded me rudely and said that next time I needed to pay at the first window. I did not even respond or explain that no one was there because I was already irritated by the wait and the repeated rudeness.
She returned with my change and then practically threw my food items at me. This behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. It was the nastiest customer service I have experienced anywhere.
Based on other reviews, it seems the poor attitude starts with management, so complaining directly to this location feels pointless. Clearly, ownership does not care enough to make improvements, as this store continues to live up to its horrible reputation.
I am fine with long waits. I am not fine with being treated like garbage.
To the owner and manager, do not get comfortable thinking your convenient location will keep customers. There are two Starbucks nearby that manage long lines while still treating people with basic respect, and that is where I will be taking my business instead.
This is the slowest dunkin I have ever been to and the people taking the orders are always rude. I’ll stick to going to Starbucks moving forward. Also this is the only dunkin where I’ve been told “it’ll be at least a 20 minute wait from the moment you order at the drive thru. Would you like to order or leave?”. What kind of customer service is that? Never in my life have I experienced that at a coffee place. Also, another time their credit card machine wasn’t working and they asked the drive thru customers to park and go inside instead of figuring out how to efficiently help those that needed to order in the drive thru. This place is just a mess
DO NOT come here if you want quick and efficient service. Me and a few others waited over 25 minutes for a bagel, avocado toast and two orders of hash browns while people walked in and out with drinks/pastries and roughly 15 cars flew through the drive thru. I’ll credit that our drinks came out quickly- but we were told it would be a wait for the food. After standing around for what felt like just under half an hour, one of us finally came up to the counter to ask on the status of our food items- literally 2 minutes after- it was “ready” as if they had just neglected to focus on the in-store customers until we finally made a comment about it. Absolutely abhorrent. My avocado toast was not toast, but simply a slice of bread with avocado spread on it and my brothers BACON egg and cheese bagel had two of the smallest shreds of bacon on it I’ve ever seen. We were offered no apologies, compensation, or even a glance of remorse. All in all— horrible food service. Will never come again.

If you order anything besides a single beverage, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your order. For context, I got the $6 meal deal, and to the stores credit, the coffee was made and ready within 3 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my coffee, so I had to wait about 30 minutes until the entire order was ready. By that time, a lot of the ice had melted into my drink. Wouldn’t have cared about this if I had gotten to start drinking it right after it was made. I get ice melts over time.
