    This Dunkin sucks. Slow as all hell and they can't even be bothered to fill the drinks up all the way.

    The manager of this site needs to learn some skills for stress management. Yes, it was a busy morning. Customers were waiting patiently inside. One customer at the drive through asked about wait time and she went off about all of the orders they needed to fill with such an attitude. While inside she was openly discussing quitting in front of the customers. Whatever you encountered earlier in your day to make you so unhappy and openly rude, I hope you find peace. We ended up leaving as all we wanted to do was get our daughter a donut for her birthday and we wanted her to enjoy her birthday donut without the hostility of the atmosphere.

    been a regular here for years the PM new staff is horrible 3 cars in like took 35 minutes, told the guy i have to get my food and go and he says “that’s not my problem” disrepectful punks horrible people to have working a customer SERVICE job wasted 40 mins

    Literally every time I go to this Dunkin it takes so long to get my order in the drive through then I have to wait again to get my order once at the window and then when inside it takes quicker to get my order but I wait like 20 minutes to get my food every time I come here it’s bad Starbucks is never like this and is so fast so idk why Dunkin is like this
