  I absolutely love blizzards and I was going there weekly. (I know right?!) Unfortunately they never seemed to be happy, no matter how nice you talked to them, Monica is on of them, whenever I went there and I saw her at the drive thru I was like oh here we go. I tried to have small talk to her bc you know, dealing with ppl is not good sometimes and I empathize with ppl in the customer service job. They are very short and unhappy, I would not recommend this location if you want to be treated nice. I have to say that the only one there that is super nice is Jessica, she always smile and she’s kind. G.M

  Can't give a rating on food or ice cream, couldn't get any. Looked up location on their website to verify hours open until 11pm drive in and lobby per their own website. We drove 10 miles to meet someone there, it's only 9pm and they locked us out at the door. Drive thru was lined up, around the building. Others who parked and walking up to the door also and told to use drive thru. Watched and spoke with people who had already paid for their food in drive thru who gave up and left due to the wait time. If you change your business hours, need to update info onYour Website. Won't be back.

  When I told the cashier I was hard of hearing she did not speak up... The chicken tenders I ordered were very hard and tiny for the amount that we have to pay I understand that there is inflation but wow these were more like nuggets not tenders.. onion rings were overdone to the point where there wasn't really any onion left.. they also had a kid's meal I had a banana a banana was good The ice cream was good.. The pickles taste very off I don't know if it's the brand you use or if it's old I have no idea.. The fries were way too salty.. The place looked very very clean.. I can even hear other customers complaining about the bathrooms but I myself never was in the bathroom so I have no idea on that.. I guess my biggest thing with the customer service besides the girl I asked to speak up that didn't was that they gave my child her ice cream and banana before her hot dog I would like if we could ask for the ice cream after Even says on the receipt that it's a token and I would like to get it after because she doesn't want to eat her food if desserts right in front of her and then it melts by the time she does eat it..
