Im usually the only person waiting by the pickup shelf and staring at my order sitting on the kitchen counter for 10mins. I believe that the workers working online orders get promoted if they dont attempt to make eye contact or assist pateintly waiting customers. Order was 20 minutes late and of course the order is wrong.

I get that things are expensive, but when you’re paying over ten bucks for a bowl, it shouldn’t look half empty. I shouldn’t have to beg for a full scoop of rice or chicken. The food itself tastes fine, it’s Chipotle, so you know what to expect, but the portions at this location just don’t match the price. It’s frustrating when other Chipotles are generous and this one acts like they’re rationing every ingredient. I love Chipotle in general, but this location really needs to work on consistency and not being so stingy with the servings.
