As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered an item that was $8.39 on the drive-thru menu and was charged $11.39. When I asked the person in charge about the discrepancy, he said they needed to change the outside menu and that the “office” probably updated the price. To make it worse, he said he wouldn’t blame me if I canceled the order — but there was nothing he could do about it. So the message was: YOU CAN CANCEL OR ACCEPT BEING RIPPED OFF. What customer service!!! Unbelievable.

The woman with braids was rude and condescending to me for basically going through the drive through at a moment when there were no other customers. It just seemed immature and something you would expect from a teenager - not a grown woman. As if I was doing her a favor by just trying to pick up an order? I was so uncomfortable I almost left without the drink. Next time I will take my business somewhere else. Makes me wonder how much money she is losing the owner every week.

Guy at the window said he couldn't change it. I will not be coming here again. Put a REAL PERSON in the drive through to take orders. Very disappointed! Money isn't everything!
