As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I arrived to pick up my food, the woman working the window was extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. She didn’t ask for my order, raised her voice at me, and treated me with clear disrespect. She even slammed the window in my face for no reason.No customer should ever be spoken to or treated that way. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

And the lady who was working there was talking to her friend the whole time. And this was honestly the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had.

Whoever the older lady is that presents her self as top notch really needs a lesson in how to treat and talk to employees and stop treating and talking to them like animals. Everytime we come here its obvious the employee turnover rate is high because theres always new people, well when you have other employees which I think the older lady looks like possibly could be a manager treats employees like the way this lady did its uncalled for. If this was a jail i could understand the treatment but this is Burger King come on people learn how to treat employees
