On the other hand, her manager Amber needs to find a new job immediately not only did she go out of her way to cause confusion between ourselves and our server but she basically rushed us out of the restaurant as if we weren’t paying customers. The whole incident felt racially motivated. I’ve been coming to Bonefish for a while and never received such a distasteful interaction with management. Luckily Mel rectified the situation but I’m completely disappointed in the way management at Bonefish chose to treat us.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is usually quiet and classy, but was very noisy due to the high number of guests at the dinner. Bonefish would be better off with a lower quantity of guests over multiple nights than greedy for revenue at the expense of ambience.

She was polite and professional. The food was hot and came out quickly. She got us signed up for the meal rewards program, which I really appreciate. We always enjoy our dinner at Bonefish Grill! We can’t wait to see her again!

When I say the food was so good and the service we had from our server chassidy was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my parents happy and laugh about the weather here in Florida. We definitely will be back before they go back home
