  My husband and I came to Bonefish in winter garden and our server Krista was more than exceptional. While working in the hospitality industry we understand when someone goes beyond to give you a great service. Krista was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very patient with all our requests. Food was delicious, compliments to the chef as well.

  Could not be happier with our experience at Bonefish Grill in Winter Garden Village tonight. Everything was phenomenal, the food was fantastic, the prices are extremely reasonable and our server Alex exceeded all expectations. He was so caring, very attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. He knocked it out of the park and made us sure that we will be making a return visit in the near future

  As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile which I thought was very nice.When I sat down my server whose name is ZAK greeted me and proceeded to take my order.He answered all questions that were asked concerning the menu.After I ordered my food my server ZAK came to see if I was pleased with my meal.I proceeded to tell him that I had a small problem with my food.He immediately explained some things to me about the dish I ordered.He was willing to take care of the issue but I said I would go ahead and eat the food.A few minutes later AMBER the manager came to the table and fixed the issue.ZAK and AMBER remained professional and fixed everything.ZAK made sure throughout my dining time I had everything I needed.He constantly checked on me.He was a great server.I live in Deltona and the way I was treated I will definitely come back.The food was great.Thank you AMBER and ZAK.🥰🫶🏽

  Bonefish has done it again! Another change. Not on the menu (more on that later), but no more white tablecloths! What a shame. New tables, however their six person table only fits 4 or 5 comfortably. Still waiting for the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to be back on the regular menu and mussels too! Bonefish has done it again! Absolutely wonderful service from Taylor (as usual). He is friendly, professional and really enjoys people. He builds rapport with regulars and visitors. He is one of the reasons that people come back when they want sincere service. Shout out to the manager, Amber, for ensuring we were happy with everything from beginning to end, Bonefish please back the white tablecloths do customers feel special. Hard to find in your $-$$. Remember the poke bowl too!

  Of the multitude of central Florida restaurants, BoneFish Grille in Winter Garden is one of our go-to favorites! They have an interesting, diverse menu and tantalizing food and drink specials that are hard to resist. Tonight the lobster ravioli was scrumptious! Just perfect! And the Santa Pants tequila beverage was equally satisfying. The Southern Coconut pie finished off a delicious meal and was interesting and yummy! Unbelievably the service provided by Krista was even better than the food! Krista was a delight! It was a wonderful way to kick-off Christmas weekend!
