  Absolutely atrocious. The worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever. It took us more than a half an hour before they even decided to try to put our food together. Long line in the drive-through. Avoid it all costs.

  The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too especially for breakfast time. America is definitely not running on this Dunkin’. They had me pay then when I go to pick up my food they don’t have the bagel that I ordered. Then it was toasted horribly and I had to put the cream cheese on myself which I was not used. The Starbucks across the street is way better service wise even if it is a little pricey.

  STAY AWAY! I come here pretty often because my kids always want doughnuts, and honestly, nine times out of ten, I end up regretting it. They used to have one super friendly team member who made the drive‑through experience great, but lately, it feels like no one there cares about being kind or personable. Whether I go through the drive‑through or head inside, the wait is usually ridiculous—even during off‑peak times. The team members always seem frustrated or completely over it, and you can tell they’d rather be anywhere else. My orders get messed up a lot, and a few times they’ve just forgotten about them altogether. When that happens, there’s a bunch of confusion, and the manager on duty ends up yelling at the staff in front of everyone, which is uncomfortable to watch. Peak times they don’t have enough employees working. And the few that are working on correcting messed up orders instead of making new orders. I’ve worked in restaurants and food service my whole life, so I understand how tough it is to find and keep good people. But every time I stop by this Dunkin’, I walk away disappointed. Honestly, you’re better off going across the street to Starbucks. STAY AWAY!

  Every time I went there, I thought I was being punked. The last time I went I asked for a cafe con leche, no sugar and make it light. It took a lot of back and forth for them to realize this was a menu item. Then, they said they couldn't do it. When I asked why they said because they didn't know how to make it lighter. To which I then suggest you can add more milk or less coffee, either works and they said they couldn't again because theres already a recipe and they wouldn't know how. So I kept asking please just add more milk, since the order was for someone that had been in the hospital all night. This place is so frustrating. I stopped going there entirely after several similar visits.

  Went to get in to grab food, and the manager explained to her staff that I shouldn't be there because I am too problematic when she just stares in the stars and doesn't help the guests in need. All I wanted was food and she made me feel like I dont belong there as a guest. Terrible service. A change in management should be dealt with. She was rude and disrespectful. If you are going to this dunkin good luck because they might not want you there too.
