    Order a pizza from them today 23 April 2026 the pizza was Cold, Taste it old and stale. Tried several times a called this dominoes. No one picks up someone did pick up and then they hung the phone up. The worst dominoes will never order from them again. I would rather pay $20 more for a good pizza that’s hot and taste better horrible.

    It is what it is…a cheap Dominos. I don’t mind eating cheap pizza for a cheap price. What I do mind is being lied too. On Feb 22nd I had a few pizzas delivered and the delivery man left them on my front porch without even ringing the doorbell, knocking on the door, nothing. Just placed the pizzas on the front porch and left. I know because I have it on my ring camera. When I called the Dominos back I was able to speak to the manager and he informed me he apologised but maybe I selected to have contactless delivery which I absolutely did not. Not to me to if I did they didn’t even go by their own rules of what contactless delivery even means. Even still I said it was okay as I used to be a Dominos delivery driver in the past and I know things happen. He said he apologizes and asked if I would like the pizzas to be refunded, I said no that’s okay as we were still going to eat them so I didn’t want to take from the store owner. The manager said I he would still credit me for one pizza to try and make things right. I said that’s fine and we moved on. When I called them today to place an order the manager answered the phone and when I tried to order my one free pizza that was credited to my account..he said he didn’t see it and that he was the only male manager there and he hasn’t credited any accounts in a condescending tone. Pretty much calling me a liar. Which I don’t even care about the actual pizza, it’s the idea that I was lied to. That the previous manager put a credit for one pizza on my account just for me to call a month later and be told they never happened. I support both small and chain businesses, especially those within our Hamlin community. However I will not be ever purchasing a pizza from this specific Dominos business. I know they won’t care as there are thousands of other customer. Just wanted to share my experience and don’t expect much on the customer service side.

    Employees DO NOT WASH their hands everytime they touch cash or payment cards from customers. The deal on TV shows $9.99 Large with any topping on each pizza till Monday April 6, 2026. They do not know anything about it 🤦😔. Good location for a business but not they way they run it.

    I have been a Domino’s customer for over 10 years. I absolutely LOVE the pizza and it doesn’t matter where in the US I order, it’s always top quality. Throughout these year, I have rarely encountered an issue with my orders but in the rare times that I have, I call and it is resolved. This time it was completely different. I placed an order online using the reorder button and added another small pizza and cheese bites. As soon as I got home I opened the large pizza and none of my toppings were there. I called and I explained what had happened to the first person I spoke to on the phone and she literally went silent and then asked “so what do you want me to do?”. I was caught by surprise, she then proceeded to say that they couldn’t remake or offer me a credit because I PLACED THE ORDER INCORRECTLY, but she would transfer me to her manager. That’s when things got worse when I thought it couldn’t. Manager Race informed me that she pulled up my order and that they did exactly what was sent to them and that if something happened it was a system glitch and that she couldn’t do anything for me. I then explained that I just did a reorder button on my profile and even told her that todays order was exactly the same as my last order. She then proceeded to say that my last order was a large thin crust cheese pizza. I attempted to tell her that was incorrect and I was looking at my previous order from March 24th placed at 6:12PM order#33. She still would say that I was incorrect (aka lying). That’s when I asked for her reporting manager’s email and name. She hesitated to tell me his name but eventually told me it is Jake. She would not provide his email and she didn’t have it, that she only communicated with him via phone. I would have rather discussed this via email with him, but because of that I am leaving this here. Jake, please provide better customer service to this location, this was beyond horrific. This is a new location and it is such a nice one, please do not let it go downhill with this type of gross management behavior.
