  Worst experience ever. Order online on the app with estimated time 10.30pm and got there at 10.55. Drove to the chipotle lane where the unfriendly, arrogant employee told me to drive off and get back to the lane cause apparently the order was not ready. Asked him for name he told me not my concern and I should get moving. Worst experience ever don’t know how someone can be that rude. The best part is also that they messed up the order.

  Love love love Chipotle but have been SUPER let down with the late night offerings. This is twice now I come after work (11-1130pm) and there is only 1 protein left and half the toppings are sold out! If you consistently get late night rushes due to Disney Cast members coming after work? Perhaps prepare for it? I understand being out of 1 or 2 things but they were put of practically everything and are still “open” for another hour?

  What happened!? The quality used to be so good, but my last few orders have been completely messed up. Ingredients left off, food cold, incorrect ingredients. This is all from ordering on the app for pickup. It's pretty frustrating to find your order incorrect when you get home.

  Wish we had scoped out this Chipotle before eating here. As we stood in line, multiple groups in front of us decided to leave without ordering due to the speed of the line. After we sat down at the cleanest dirty table they slowed down enough for worker to wipe down tables. She used Purell spray and a rag that looked to be older than the young lady using it. All the trash cans were overflowing. The toilet in the men's restroom was broken and could not be flushed, but was still in full use. The building appears to be very new, but wont stay that way long if staff is unable/ unwilling to keep it clean. Riding home now, concerned how clean things were on the food safety side of the restraunt.

  I placed an online order for pickup at 6:00 PM, and it wasn’t ready until 6:20. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still stuck waiting that long? When I arrived, the entire place looked like it was moving at a turtle’s pace—no sense of urgency, no communication, and no acknowledgment of the delay. If you can’t handle orders on time, don’t offer specific pickup slots. Really disappointing experience, and I’ll think twice before ordering from here again.
