  I ordered a chicken burrito bowl from the Chipotle Mexican Grill location through the app, and this was easily one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I’ve had. First off, the price — nearly $17 with a $1 tip — is completely unreasonable for what I received. When I got home and opened the container, it was barely half full. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was maybe 2 ounces of chicken in the entire bowl, and what little was there was cold. The portion size was so small I genuinely thought they gave me a kid’s meal by mistake. There were barely any ingredients overall — just a sparse, poorly assembled bowl that felt like it was thrown together with zero care. I even double-checked the receipt because I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a full-priced entrée. Unfortunately, it was. Between the skimpy portions, cold food, and high price, this experience felt like a complete rip-off. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. If a manager owner reads this cares to look it up here is the information very upsetting. I’m considering never going back. I ordered quite frequently and this is completely unacceptable and by the time I get home, I wasn’t about to go back.   I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to after tonight’s experience. I came in for dinner and the line was moving extremely slow. There were a lot of customers waiting and they were out of everything. It seemed like someone who appeared to be manager was refusing to let employees grab more, and then she ended up walking out. It was chaotic and poorly handled, and it made the experience more frustrating. I do want to give credit to the cashier, she was kind, professional, and worked quickly despite the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant and I won’t be returning.

  The food station were a mess. They had old pans that haven't been changed out. Food looked like it was sitting there without being tempted. Service was sad maybe because it was the end of the day.

  Best tasting chipotle l’ve had in a while. Just need slight improvement in portions.
