  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful experience for lunch today at Bonefish Grill. Unfortunately our last experience approximately two weeks ago was not great however the Winter Garden staff went out of their way to rectify the situation and showed great professionalism and hospitality to the point where we are now very satisfied and looking forward to our next great meal here. Many thanks to Pablo, James, Amber (managers) and to Matt our wonderful server today!

  The manager Amber and Pablo are absolutely hands-down. Amazing we came in for my nine-year-old Son‘s birthday and they made it extra special. He has so many different allergies. They made sure everything was perfect for him and celebrated him they made sure they went and got a dessert no matter the cost. Amazing thank you Amber and Pabalo you are our favorite bonefish ever.

  This was our first time eating at this location of Bonefish Grille. We did make a reservation. We were greeted and seated immediately. The menu is primarily seafood but does have a few steak options as well as salads & a kid’s menu. Seasonal specials were also offered. Our waitress, Laurie, was fantastic. She provided suggestions, was friendly & attentive. We were seated at a wobbly table & she kindly moved us to a better table with no issue. Our food order was delayed however the manager personally came over to our table to explain & apologize. Food was well portioned & delicious.

  The moment my wife and I entered the restaurant we had nothing but good vibes. We were seated in a nice Cozy spot and thats when our evening took on an 5 star experience. Our waitress Barbara introduced herself and made our evening so enjoyable and fun! We started off with an excellent crispy cauliflower appetizer and then given an amazing Complementary order of the Bang Bang shrimp that was absolutely delicious! That was provided by her awesome manager Amber who was very helpful, kind and friendly. Then Barbara suggested the "”Coconut Crush”” drinks that were truly amazing. (We are definitely recommend this drink) Barbara was such an awesome person. She recommended some great food choices for my wife and I. The choice she suggested for my wife was the Bourbon salmon which was absolutely amazing. Myself I took on another round of that delicious Bang Bang shrimp. The over all experience was amazing! And my wife and I definitely had one of the BEST waitresses that the Bonefish Grill had! We’re definitely coming back and giving them (5) Stars and two thumbs up!!

  I gave service a 1 only because the server for sure forgot to put our order in, as tables arriving well after us ate and left. We normally wouldn’t mind waiting. However we had scheduled apts and waited an hour for two lunch items and she didn’t even check back. The savior of the day was the manager, Blake. Not only did he take care of us he ran out in the rain to make sure he gave us to utensils for the food we had to get boxed up. What a fantastic manager!!!
