  My office used them to cater for lunch and everyone raved over the hot dogs! The Hot Dog Guy was very responsive and friendly, and even treated us like family. I will for sure be using them again!

  The Hot Dog Guy is the hit at my yearly party. They are fantastic. Not only is the food amazing but the team is always So great at setting up and breaking down and leaving the place completely immaculate. Everything they cook is so delicious and the staff is very friendly. We love using them and will continue to do so for years to come!

  I had a disappointing experience with the Hot Dog Guy Catering. Initially, I communicated with Monica, one of their staff members, who was incredibly helpful in discussing options for our upcoming open house (we are just opening a business and were trying to find unique options for catering). After thorough discussions about dates and menu selections, I placed a deposit and paid in full, excited about the event. However, we encountered an unexpected issue when we learned that our landlord would not allow us to have the necessary parking spots for their setup. We informed the catering company about this development two months in advance, and as soon as we found out how unrelenting our landlord would be in this situation. Despite the two months advance notice, we were disappointed to find out that our $500 deposit was non-refundable—a detail not clearly stated in any of their documentation before or after signing. After Monica left the company, I was left to deal with the owner, who was unprofessional and angry about the situation. It felt frustrating as we couldn’t control the landlord's decision, yet we were met with hostility. Being a new business, we hoped for understanding and flexibility, but the owner’s unwillingness to accommodate us was disheartening. Ultimately, I would not recommend using [Catering Service Name]. The lack of transparency regarding their refund policy and the poor customer service experience has left a sour taste, and I believe that new businesses should be cautious before putting down any deposits.

  The Hot Dog Guy was amazing to work with. They were accommodating, timely, communicative, and not to mention YUMMY! We used them for a large church function and they were able to serve out quality burgers and dogs super quick. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly, which made the day even more enjoyable. Their setup was efficient, and service was quick, even with a big crowd. We couldn’t have asked for better catering—it truly brought our community together over great food. Highly recommend The Hot Dog Guy for any event!
