  Didn’t get my order right and my burger wasn’t wrapped right cheeseburger a mess and hung up on me when I was asking them kindly to fix it

  I live just two minutes away from this establishment and regularly use its services. However, I am consistently facing violations of consumer rights. The bonus system is extremely unreliable — I can only use it about one out of five times. In most cases, it simply does not work without any explanation. In addition, I almost never receive a receipt after making a payment. I believe this is done intentionally to prevent me from having proof of purchase and to limit my ability to file a complaint or defend my rights. Such actions are misleading and violate consumer protection laws. I request: • proper functioning of the bonus system, • reliable access to bonuses, • mandatory issuance of receipts after every transaction. If no action is taken, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.

  I wanted to give this location some time before leaving a review because management seems to change frequently, and the way it’s run changes with it. They advertise as 24 hours, but that hasn’t been my experience. There have been plenty of late nights where I stop by after work and the place is “closed.” Usually this just means cones are placed in the drive thru, even though they’re still accepting mobile orders. That’s honestly one of the most frustrating parts. One time around 1:30 AM, I had already placed a mobile order and pulled up anyway. An employee told me they wouldn’t be open again until 4:30 AM. That left me pretty confused. If the store is closed, why are the lights on, employees inside, and mobile orders still going through? I’ve worked in fast food for over 10 years, so I understand there can be a disconnect between staff and customers, and I try to be patient. But this location is extremely inconsistent. It will randomly “close” like this for a while, then suddenly go back to being fully open 24 hours again, often with staff saying they’ve always been 24 hours. You can usually tell when there’s new management because things run smoothly for a while… until they don’t.

  It’s honestly incredible how bad this McDonald’s is. Rude employees. Didn’t give me my drinks that came with the huntrix meal, no sauces that I paid extra for, no mcshaker fries. Got the big arch burger, they put sauce of maybe 1/4 of the burger. Every single time I order something is wrong or missing.

  I went to McDonald’s at 7:00 AM this morning and waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches, hash browns, and a coffee. I was the only person in the lobby the entire time. My food was already made and just sitting there while they kept focusing on the drive-thru and completely ignored me. No one acknowledged me, no updates, nothing. Then I still had to wait even longer just to get my coffee, couldn’t get a manager to come over when I asked, and to top it off, they forgot the sweetener in my coffee. By the time I finally got everything, the food was old. My child’s chicken biscuit was so stale and cold she couldn’t even eat it. I wasn’t competing with a crowd. I was literally the only customer inside and still got ignored. That’s just not okay.
