    Every time I have come here I’ve placed a mobile order to be picked up inside. They have an area to pick up mobile orders and my order is never there. Instead it is sitting behind the counter ready to go. The employees will look at you and not acknowledge you, they won’t ask you if they can help you or anything. They look at you and then walk away. What is the point of having the mobile pick up area if you aren’t going to place the orders there. I have to get someone’s attention every time I go. If not I could stand there for at least 10-15 minutes and get ignored while my food gets cold and my coffee gets watered down.

    Adam was fantastic fulfilling my order, and a large iced coffee at dunkin is half the price of starbucks. It’s a no-brainer for me, will keep coming back.
