We just repeated our order like 5 times and they had us pull around, and I kid you not EVERY single drink was SEVERELY wrong. We stopped going for a while and decided to give it another shot but it’s always something here. Save your money, since I’m sure you’ll end up paying $5 per coffee for something you didn’t even order, just go to 7/11 at this point.

Instead it is sitting behind the counter ready to go. The employees will look at you and not acknowledge you, they won’t ask you if they can help you or anything. They look at you and then walk away. What is the point of having the mobile pick up area if you aren’t going to place the orders there. I have to get someone’s attention every time I go. If not I could stand there for at least 10-15 minutes and get ignored while my food gets cold and my coffee gets watered down.
