  I love eating at Chipotle. The service is very good, but the quality has dropped significantly, especially in the portion sizes and the taste of the food.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Holy cow. I cannot believe my eyes. I’ve been boycotting Chipotle since 2024 ever since their CEO had the audacity to say portion sizes weren’t shrinking and that it was the customer’s fault. The now infamous quote Just tell the Chipotle employee you’d like a little more and give them a certain look as if that’s how food service is supposed to work. In a time where capitalism is squeezing every last penny out of the consumer it felt like a slap in the face to long time fans who just missed getting a burrito the size of a small child like it was back in the glorious days of the 2010s. But today something changed I walked into the new Chipotle in the Windermere Winter Garden area and broke my boycott. And let me tell you the portion I got was massive. It was the kind of portion that made me do a double take. It felt like a throwback to those early golden years when a burrito was a meal and a half. I couldn’t believe it. This location has fully restored my faith. If this is the standard going forward you’ll see me back here often. Now let’s be real if they backslide again into tiny portions at luxury prices I’m out. But for now kudos to this team for bringing back something that’s been missing for a long time. Hope Well done Chipotle. Winter Garden thanks you for bringing hope and tears 😭. My burrito 🌯 was delicious.

  Night time shift is completely different from the day time shift. The day time shift is always pleasant and full of each item. The night time shift is terrible attitudes and always out of food. Guaranteed they will have five people “cooking” and out of something like black beans with no solution just trying to get you through the line. This is poor management, no other reason.

  Don’t eat the lettuce! Great location, however workers need more training. Terrible customer service- one male worker flirting with another female worker who was off the clock ordering food and I was just awkwardly waiting for him to take my order, which I don’t think he even said a word to me. What’s even worse, is the older gentleman behind the bar cutting lettuce. His phone rang, put the knife down and with his gloves still on, reaches into his back pocket and sits on his phone for a few minutes with his gloves on. Then puts his phone back into his back pocket and resumes cutting the lettuce without changing gloves or washing hands.

  I ordered my food, went to go pay and the young kid at the register said sorry no cash! Excuse me? There’s no sign or anything that said no cash! He was like there’s not enough in the register to give you back…. My meal was 12 and change and I gave him 15…. Finally someone comes over and just looks at him and goes in the back to get change …. I guess cashiers don’t know when to ask for money when they are running low and instead says they aren’t accepting cash ….. do better ….
