  Absolutely loved our experience at Bella Tuscany! This restaurants has incredible vibes and truly delicious! Our party had pasta dishes that left us so satisfied! Service was great & drinks were phenomenal as well! Highly recommend to those traveling in the area - it’s worth the 25 min drive from Disney in Orlando!

  Very disappointing experience at Bella Tuscany. I ordered the prosciutto pizza without honey, and I was very clear about it. I even paid extra for additional cheese. I specifically said I don’t like honey or sweet flavors on pizza, and they assured me it would be made without it. After waiting, I took the pizza home only to find it had more honey than usual — literally soaked in it. Completely inedible for me. When I called to explain the issue, the response was even worse. They claimed the cook said no honey was added, which is simply not true. I offered to send a photo as proof, and they refused to even look at it. No accountability, no solution, no respect. Mistakes happen, but denying the obvious and dismissing the customer is unacceptable. Between ignoring clear instructions, charging extra, and then refusing to acknowledge the problem, this was a terrible experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have dietary preferences or expect basic customer service.

  We went to celebrate our anniversary. Overall the experience was good. Food was excellent, you can tell that it was made fresh. For appetizer we ordered Fried Calamari it was excellent. My wife ordered the Linguine Carbonara and I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca both dishes I recommend. The place inside is cozy and very modern looking and beautifully decorated. Service overall was good the only hiccup is that our server never filled our water we had to find another server to fill our glasses. But other than that it was a great experience and I do recommend this place.

  We went to Bella Tuscany on Christmas Eve. We knew that it would be busy and we would probably have to wait. We were absolutely thrilled with our food — hot and delicious, the staff - from Tim the bartender to Yasine the server, they were all friendly and attentive. The food was hot and there were great specials to choose from. This is a definite return restaurant — best Italian around this area. Definite recommend!!!!

  If I could give zero stars, We made a reservation for Christmas Eve and were seated in an outside area. The tables were dirty, the glasses still had lipstick marks, and nothing looked properly cleaned. To make things worse, the restroom was also dirty and didn’t even have paper towels to dry your hands. If basic hygiene is this poor in the dining area and bathrooms, it’s hard to trust the quality of the food. Being busy is not an excuse. If a restaurant doesn’t have the capacity to serve properly, it shouldn’t be taking reservations. This was a complete lack of organization and respect for customers. Do not waste your time here. Terrible experience.
