Check your steak before eating. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye on the Chef’s Specials for $48. The steak was delicious but have of the steak was all fat! I showed the waiter who said he would let the chef know. Well, the waiter never addressed it with us again and was charged the full amount. I don’t mind paying for a nice cut of which is actually 16oz. My mistake for not sending it back!
The food was definitely good, but unfortunately the service and overall experience didn’t match. We visited for Easter dinner, fully expecting it to be busy, but the restaurant seemed unprepared for the crowd.
We were seated in the very back where the tables were extremely cramped. It made it difficult to move around, especially since it was a buffet. The tight space honestly discouraged me from going back for more food, even though I enjoyed what I had.
One concern was the lack of accommodations for families. My aunt has a 4-month-old, and the changing table in the restroom was very low and uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the bathrooms weren’t well stocked—there wasn’t any toilet paper available.
Service was also slow. It took about 30 minutes for our server to return with the check, and we spent a lot of time waiting. When we informed the host that our party would be one person smaller than expected, she seemed visibly frustrated, which didn’t feel very welcoming.
Additionally, since we were considered a larger party, gratuity was automatically added without giving us a choice. While that’s understandable in some cases, the level of service didn’t quite justify it.
The buffet itself was fairly organized, but some dishes weren’t clearly labeled, which made it a bit confusing at times.
Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service, space, and hospitality need improvement badly—especially during busy holidays.

The Easter brunch was phenomenal, the high standards of this place were the same as always. It is a favorite.
What an incredible experience we had at Bella Tuscany.
From the moment we walked in and was seated through the very end we were very pleasantly surprised.
Not only was the food delicious, but our waiter, Marlon was phenomenal. It is very hard to find good service these days and he was incredibly attentive to detail, quick on his feet, yet took his time with his guests. He was an excellent listener and made sure we were happy with everything he brought out. To us, the service at even the best restaurant can make or break the entire event. To us, it could have tasted the worst but because of someone like Marlon, it would have made it!
Marlon has worked there 8 years now and you can tell he knows his stuff. This is not just a Job to him, this is his profession. Well done Marlon, I hope your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed!!
As far as the food and atmosphere, WOW. We lived in Italy for 2 years and we can say the food was incredible...SO delicious. The meatballs were outstanding and had delicious flavor. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, something simple yet a classic favorite.
The fried Calamari had a delicious light batter to it. My family's meal was also delicious and they enjoyed theirs the same. One had the Linguine Carbonara, another the Gnocchi Bolognese and both said it was the best they've ever had.
The atmosphere was very classy and very romantic, yet very nice for a special large family gathering or celebration. Although the location seems awkward when you pull up, don't let that fool you because as soon as you sit down you completely forget where you are and your very relaxed well deserved evening starts to take place.

For anyone who has ever wanted to have a "Cheers" of their own, the place where everybody knows your name, Bella Tuscany in Windermere is that place for me. After trying every "mom and pop" type Italian place in the area, we quickly settled on Bella Tuscany thanks to their absolutely amazing sauces and the best meatballs I've ever had - and I'm on Sicilian descent.
But what truly makes Bella Tuscany "our place" is the people, who have become familiar fixtures for us every week. Two servers in particular, Bill and Marlon, always make my family - specifically my mom, who has dementia but always responds to her friends at Bella Tuscany and food that reminds her of her family's own - feel like like a million bucks. They're always ready with a smile and a hug and know what we want before we order it. Tim, our favorite bartender, has my mom's Chardonnay and my bourbon ready seconds after we sit down, always with a smile and extra special treatment for my mom.
And then there's the manager, Eric, our "Sam Malone," who treats mom like royalty and has become just as big part of our visits as the amazing food.
These folks give the place a personality and a familial environment that elevate it above all other Italian places in our area, and they'll ensure we keep coming back.
Be sure to try the Penne a la Vodka - the best in Orlando - and the meatball sandwich, which is nothing short of life-changing.
Go for the food and stay for the family you'll make there!
