I can't remember the last time I was SO blown away by just the customer service alone! I was second in line, and heard how Lynn was talking to the customers in front of me - like they were best and close friends or even family! When it was my turn - guess what - she treated me with the same friendliness, efficiency, warmth and charm - it's worth going there ALONE for just the interaction with her, she is absolutely amazing. Anyone who wants to learn what good customer service is - just go and buy something from this Dairy Queen. NOW, on to the treats! I'd never been to DQ before, but heard about these amazing Blizzards - so I asked for her recommendation - and she went through everything with me - it's a little overwhelming, knowing what to get for your first visit - but she guided me and I ended up with a chocolate brownie blizzard - and let me tell you, out of all the milkshakes and ice cream treats I've had in south Florida, this one KNOCKED THE SOCKS off all the others. Five stars is not NEARLYY enough - it was rich, creamy, full of brownie chunks - it's the kind of thing you dream about. It was only $7.50 (unlike other ridiculously expensive ice cream and milkshake spots) - and was worth every single cent and then some. UNBELIEVABLE! LYNN! I'LL BE BACK AND BRINGING MY HUSBAND!

The young gal that helped us tonight was so sweet and kind! We were up from MN visiting in the Ft Lauderdale area-highly recommend this DQ for the kindness!

Great service and extremely friendly! One of the best Dairy Queen experiences I have had in a long time!
Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. The cashier never asked what ice cream flavors I wanted for a banana split. When I asked after paying, she just made faces instead of speaking or trying to help.
The real problem was the employee in the back, who spent the entire time running her mouth, talking loudly and disrespectfully about us instead of addressing the issue like a professional. She even called her “boss” to complain and tried to make it seem like the situation was our fault, when it clearly wasn't.
Completely unprofessional, rude, and embarrassing behavior for a business that's supposed to serve customers. No accountability, no customer service skills, and a hostile environment.
