  Always tasty but my soft serve had no classic DQ flair! Usually there’s a little height with those bubbles and a swoop (I call it the chocolate duck) but this one was flat! So sad. Delicious but sad

  Went there and the staff was super friendly, took care of everything quick and with a good attitude. You can tell they actually care about the customers. I ordered the Reese’s Blizzard and bro… it was loaded. Like for real, they did NOT hold back on the Reese’s. Every bite had pieces in it, not like those places where you gotta search for it. That thing was actually packed. I’ve been there a few times already and it’s always the same good service, good vibe, and they don’t cheap out on toppings. Definitely recommend it 👍

  The ideal old-school soft serve staple with the NICEST kindest staff! Old fashioned quality and old fashioned southern hospitality out of the tiniest little ice cream shop.✨ They also support local causes, such as collecting for the kids and sponsoring little leagues, which is the cherry on top!

  I ordered a Reese’s Blizzard — and it was basically just soft serve with barely any Reese’s in it. Every time I go to any Dairy Queen I always get a Reese’s blizzard and this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed in what I got. I went back up and asked if they could just give me some on the side or on top since it clearly wasn’t made right, and the employee told me it would cost extra. Instead of remaking it properly, they charged me more just to add what should’ve been in it to begin with. Pretty disappointing experience and not the best customer service.

  I’ve ordered a Reesie’s peanut butter cup blizzard well over 100 times in the past 30+ years from different Dairy Queen locations all over the United States, including this location many times. This is the first time I have complained about any DQ location. I came here and ordered a Reece’s cup blizzard. And was handed a cup of about 99% soft serve with barely any Reece’s cups in it. Really maybe just a very few crumbs ground up. I returned to the window and asked them to fix it or refund me. I was immediately told it was made properly (it was definitely 100% not made properly). I was shocked she tried to tell me this while I was standing right there holding what was a basically just a cup filled with soft serve. It was almost humerus that she was trying to argue with me that it was made properly. She then said “extra Reece’s costs 75 cents but that she would put extra on it “as a courtesy.” And then took the cup and just put cut up Reeces on top of it (not mixed in). Worst blizzard I’ve ever had. Worst service I’ve ever had at a DQ. Totally shocked I was treated so rudely and given such poor service. I am kind of in disbelief that someone would give me such poor service when it’s so obvious I was handed just mostly a cup full of soft serve. Also I was given no receipt - which usually I wouldn’t care about. But it just adds to the way this locaton does business. Not surprised while posting this review I found a review from 3 weeks ago from another customer named Deborah who thought to take a picture of her blizzard (which was also clearly just a cup full of soft serve) and there are other reviews posted with similar experiences.
