  4/8/26 good hot coffee, took too long to get it though. Restrooms needed some cleaning. Friendly staff.

  The drinks had no syrup or carbonation. There was a hair in my cheese burger. Never again!👎

  I live a town over usually go to this mcdonalds. Im nice respectful to everyone so are my children. I never right negative reviews but the lady manger white with black hair here was rude, unprofessional, and laughed with her coworkers so review. I was mad yes but respectful never cursed them out or acted ghetto. Pff I even apologized if me being upset was coming off as rude... I asked if I could have my food and a refund. I never ask for refunds so didnt know there policy I usually dont mind others mistakes. Instead of explaining the situation to pick ither the food or the refund the lady didnt the lady walked away twice without communicating. I understand food service I worked in it. Any way she made me wait with out explaining anything like left me waiting. Unprofessional didint explain anything she okayed walked away said something to the coworkers and they all laughed. They usually stay with some items of the food I ordered and dont mind if its one or two small things. This time I went back because it was a whole order fries, burger & nuggets. I wasted gas and its not the first time they do this. The guy manger comes and explains it like he didnt know. She never explained anything to me just walked off and side joked with her minions. If yall would have communicated that from the beginning instead I would have decided. The whole thing was disrespectful, unkind & rude. Im never going to this McDonald's again (which they wont care) Id rather go to any other place but here. Ocala, Chiefland, Gainesville that should say something.The male manger was more respectful then the rest of them. Ill go out of my way then to go here. If I would have come in there yelling being rude disrespectful then I would understand but it was uncalled for. Hope yall have a nice day and learn how to act better. Just because it mcdonalds doesn't mean you can treat people poorly we work hard just like yall.
