- YHYvonne HarrisJan 2, 20262.0The cashier who took our order was very abrupt and unfriendly. The manager didn't seem to care. We have been eating at that location for a couple of years, never been charged extra for a packet of BBQ sauce. All of a sudden it's 54 cents? Every table in there was dirty, the floors were littered with food and spoons and were sticky. Fingerprints were all over the doors. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon and we were the only customers in there. If I was the owner, I would be getting myself a new crew. You know what they say, "If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean" I won't be going back to that location. If the dining room looks that bad, I hate to think what the kitchen looks like.

Instead of immediately stating that dogs not allowed, I believe it would be more beneficial that the manager on duty—to first ask if the dog is a service animal. This approach could foster a more positive atmosphere for all customers. On a positive note, I want to commend the staff for their excellent service. The food was warm and fresh, and the bathrooms were clean.

Stale bread, over cooked nuggets, old stale fries and this was during dinner time so the food should've been hot and fresh. Paid extra for sauces and didnt even get the free ones that come with it let alone the extra sauces we paid for! What a shame!
