  Went in to get my food I ordered on app the Mamager was sitting in a booth on her cell phone, 1 worker doing his job, one outside on his cell phone and my food wasnt ready yet. I placed another order and the manager was in the office and again my food wasn’t ready I had to wait for her to fix it. My chicken sandwich was so horrible I couldn’t even eat it. I’m very disappointed in this store and I won’t be ordering from this location any more they lost my business for good now!!

  the girl working was extremely rude. we didn’t even order at the counter yet we walked in and the lady was looking at us like she had an issue from the start we were missing some of our food, we only got 3 cups but asked for 4 so i went to the counter and she just stared at me with a stank look on her face, turned her back and a nice gentleman helped me out. we ordered 4 fries and only received 3, walked up to the counter again and she said “what do you need” we didn’t get any sauce and she was so rude we didn’t even want to go and ask for sauce because of the attitude. i work in customer service and the food industry and it is NOT hard to be nice. matter of fact it takes more out of a person to be rude. she was huffing the whole time like she had a serious issue with every customer in the building. it was truly ridiculous

  The man at the drive thru was really nice. But theories were cold and old. The burger was ok

  Went to Wendy's and got two spicy chicken combos first time I had to wait because they hand in my order out second time they brought me wrong order they brought me chicken tenders instead of two spicy chicken sandwiches and had to wait over 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru

  Twice said what I wanted on my burger. It was wrong. Said dine in, they put it in a bag. Watched them sweep cooking area with really big sweeps & could not help but think how much food debris, dust & dirt was being lifted onto food. They had burgers precooked sitting for how long? My burger was dry. Workers standing around talking while my order is not being worked on for two minutes. Hoping they were having a bad day & every day wasn't like this. Nothing like Wendy's of a few years ago.
