  Upon arriving for my order, I observed three staff members who appeared to be disengaged and unhelpful. Despite making eye contact with me, they refused to acknowledge my presence or assist with handing over my order. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service resulted in an unnecessary delay and a very poor experience. ​I hope you will look into the staffing during this shift to ensure that future customers receive better service.

  What in the world have you guys done to your pizza sauce over the last several months? Its GROSS now. It tastes like I'm eating a frozen pizza I could have gotten at a grocery store. Did you guys change sauce brands because it really isn't great now.
