  This stop is very hit or miss, I feel like... One time your order will be perfect and the next time everything will be all out of sorts. There's really no consistency, and it seems like it's not even dependent on the time of day or day of the week.

  This is easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to receive a single McDouble. For a place that advertises itself as “fast food,” that kind of wait time is completely unacceptable. There was nothing complicated about the order, yet the service moved at an incredibly slow pace. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. Customer service here clearly isn’t a priority. Employees seemed uninterested and unmotivated, and there was little sense of urgency to get orders out to customers who had already been waiting far too long. When you’re paying for quick service, you at least expect the staff to act like they care about the people standing there waiting. To top it off, when the food finally arrived after that long wait, it wasn’t even hot. Waiting half an hour for fast food is frustrating enough, but receiving cold food after that makes the experience even more disappointing. It really defeats the entire purpose of stopping at a fast-food restaurant in the first place. Management seriously needs to take a hard look at what’s going on at this location. Between the extremely slow service, poor customer attitude, and food that isn’t even served hot, this place is not meeting the basic expectations people have when they visit McDonald’s. Hopefully this location can improve, but based on this visit, I would not recommend it.

  Although I realize places get busy, we waited 45 minutes in the drive through line with no exaggeration. It's not like you can pull out and go around to leave because of how the drive thru is situated. If you can wait until the next exit with a MCD's, go for it.

  We were greeted by Adam as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful with our order. He has a great personality and was joking and laughing with us!! After taking our order he cleaned up the dining room and made sure we were happy with our food! He made our experience more enjoyable with his positive attitude and you could just tell that he loves his job!! The world needs more people like Adam!!
