She pointed at it again and then walked off while waiting in line. the manager came up and he told me I’m gonna help the lady behind you because she works here. That makes no sense whatsoever. The lady that was disrespectful is African-American with dreads and then the manager that was telling me I have to wait till he could services an employee that works here is a Caucasian male. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s restaurant.

Also they refused to refund people who ordered Frosty’s despite the machine being out of order. I wish I’d known how bad they were before we stopped. Awful!
