  Slowest Wendy's I've ever been too..Took 15 minutes to just place an order in drive thru. All I ordered was a medium coke and fries, now im waiting in mobile ordering slot for fries. 5 minutes no more like 11 minutes had to go inside and fet them , and still waiting Vehicle thats were in front of me still waiting on orders. MANAGEMENT seriously!!

  Stopped here on my way to Gainesville, it’s a Friday night, near an exit, I see that this place was understaffed. I am very patient when it comes to those circumstances. The black gentleman with the gold teeth was very sweet but did not accurately make our drinks. That’s okay. The older white gentleman though was not okay, he had a very nasty attitude, cutting into the other man’s order taking for some reason (even though gold tooth was doing perfectly fine). They had us park and wait for a bit, so when the food came out not only wrong but OLD and cold we went back inside to ask to for it to be remade whenever possible, no matter the wait. We were willing to wait we just wanted hot food, but after waiting a while no one came to the register. We were completely ignored. Not having time to wait any further we left, but a Wendy’s being by an exit on a Friday night, should probably try and do better.

  Hours said 6 AM, said they were closed but she wouldn’t let me order through drive through, but then let somebody else in and locked the door behind her.

  Customer service in the drive thru was awful. She gave such an attitude she entire order and we were the only ones there with no one inside. She didn’t even say you’re welcome after we said thank you. The food order at least was correct but that still won’t make me ever come back to this one.

  This Wendy’s is the definition of inconsistent. Sometimes it’s exactly what you expect, but today was a complete disaster. We ordered the $6 Biggie Deal, and it was anything but a "deal." The burger was incredibly dry, no lettuce or tomato. It was gros. COMPLETELY UNAPPEALING & lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, we had to wait an absurdly long time just to get the order. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait that long for food that looks like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. If you’re stopping here off I-75, be warned—you might get a great meal, or you might get a total waste of money. Today was definitely the latter.
