  This was our first visit to the Outback on 466A. We arrived at 5:00 and got on the wait list. About 20 minutes later the text came and we were seated. The decor is comparable to other Outback restaurants: comfortable, well lit, and appropriate for this type of restaurant. I ordered the chopped pecan blue cheese salad and it was delicious. My main course was Ahi tuna….I know…never order fish in a steak restaurant. Actually it was good though a little overcooked. My wife ordered a half rack of ribs and reported they were “good”. The lady in our dining group had a normal salad and found the tomato to be “way past prime”, but the dressing was great. The main reason for my rating of three was the time it took to get our food. It was over an hour from seating to getting or food. We had no drinks or appetizers. The staff seemed to be disorganized. After we finished eating, getting our ticket and paying was also slow. This restaurant has been open long enough to “get their act together”. I hope it was just an off night.

  The service was great. I forget the servers name. I over heard that he wanted to be an aerospace engineer though. Their new york strip was almost perfect. It was really tender and the fat was rendered perfectly.

  The food was not good for the money. Even if it’s cheaper it wouldn’t be good. I spit out my last shrimp because it felt like it had the shell still on. And i left most of the Mac and cheese. I also didn’t finish my 2nd cup of water cause something was floating in it. I also had to send back my soup because it was luke warm at best. It was my first time coming to this outback and i am disappointed.

  First, I will say that the service was decent. However, the food was terrible. I have been to this location a handful of times, and with each visit it goes more downhill. I ordered a baked potato soup, which was cold. They threw it in the microwave, and brought it back to me. I also ordered a ribeye & grilled shrimp. The shrimp had zero flavor and majority of my steak were fatty pieces that were not edible. With the price of food now, and it being such a new location, I would assume that it would be a great experience. Not that it matters, but at this point I will not waste my time or money here again.

  A huge shout-out to Outback Steakhouse for the free Veterans Day 3-course meal — what an amazing way to honor our veterans! The place was absolutely packed, yet everything ran so smoothly. Our waitress, Susan P, was fantastic — friendly, upbeat, and on top of everything! We were expecting a long wait, but it was only about 20 minutes, which was a great surprise. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’ll definitely be back soon and are highly recommending this location to everyone!
