The food is always terrible, they never fill the fries up to where it's supposed to be its like maybe 5 fries in a small and this is EVERYTIME. I have made a formal complaint through the app and the person that contacted me seemed like they were serious about my complaint which was nice but nothing changed, it never got better. Food is still terrible and the staff is still rude. This is the closest location to my house and I'm literally driving out of my way to go to any other location because of how horrible everything about this location is. When the GM or whoever called me she offered me a free meal at this location and I turned it down because of how bad the food is every single time. I wish they would make some changes because as I said this is the closest location to my house. I'm just so annoyed that we give these places our money because it's convenient for our busy lives and they don't even care enough to give you anything edible.
