When I pointed out the mistake, the worker grabbed a medium cup, filled it with ice, poured my entire drink into it, added approximately one tablespoon of milk, and handed it back to me. Instead of properly fixing the mistake, all she did was overload my small coffee with ice to make it a “medium.” I couldn’t even get the straw more than half an inch into the drink because the amount of ice. Horrible customer service at this location.

Out of muffins and he said kiosk wasn’t updated. Got an apple fritter instead that has to be at least 24 hours old as it was very hard and no taste. Bagels came without the cream cheese. Would have been better to go to Wendy’s or KFC. Staff didn’t seem to follow gop hand hygiene
