The poor person working said there were two call outs and he was struggling with no way to keep up with the orders. At this point, just close the place down. Management here needs to be more involved because the experience is absolute trash- go anywhere else.

Ordered avocado toast for mom without bacon (came with bacon). She ate it since she was hungry. We both ordered the matcha latte. It wound up being coffee instead. We drank it since we're both coffee drinkers. The couple before us walked out since the coffee they got was cold. Guy working didn't seem too interested. Others had to wait awhile as well for their orders.

It took 30 minutes for 1 donut and a black coffee. The worker walked at a slow pace and shoulders slumped like she didn’t want to be there. Never again.

When my husband got our coffees the cream was spoiled at the bottom of the cups and our hashbrowns which were the only food item they had looked old and had a funky smell. It took over 15 minutes for 2 undrinkable coffees and inedible food. Horrible experience find better employees that won’t give spoiled and gross food out. We didn’t even wait for a refund because the person at the counter was so slow and rude about the situation.
