  Kari needs to add an N to her name tag absolute worst service I've had but not the first time I've had bad service there this is the only review I've ever done and that's saying something. Do better or stay home..

  Waited 30 mins just to not get attended. Worker went to the back to hide . Never came back upfront . Called and called out for some one just to get ignored . Lost over 7 people that were waiting ..

  You will spend less time driving across town to a different Dunkin'. Understaffed, poor quality, overpriced, very long wait times. Beware, especially on travel timelines. They don’t accept gift cards, and you can’t order on the kiosk or app creating long lines. (The kiosks were all down)

  I stopped at the service plaza to use the restroom get some lunch from Wendy’s and a couple donuts for breakfast. I find it strange that after waiting 8 minutes in line, not once on their menu screens did the price of donuts appear at DUNKIN DONUTS, nor were the prices posted or listed anywhere around the donut display. I got a half a dozen donuts to go, three blueberry and three chocolate. Every time that I have ever been to any other Dunkin’ Donuts, their cake donuts, like the blueberry and chocolate, were sweet and had a thin on the top. About two hours down the road I broke into the donuts and grabbed one of the blueberry donuts. I’m glad I grabbed the one I did because this blueberry donut was the only good donut out of six. It had a strong blueberry smell, it had the thin glaze on top And appeared to be fresh. However, the other five donuts were absolutely terrible! How are you going to have crappy donuts at a Dunkin’ Donuts?!?! The other two blueberry donuts had almost no glaze on them. One had glaze on about a fourth of it and the other had just a couple spots. All three of the chocolate donuts had little to no glaze on them as well. It may seem like a small thing not to have glaze on the donuts however the last two blueberry and all three of the chocolate donuts tasted like they had absolutely zero sugar in the mix. It was almost like a bread dough. Even worse the last five donuts were so dry I could not choke down even the first chocolate doughnut. I took three bites of each one of the three chocolate donuts and had to wash it down with water just to get it down. I don’t know how old these donuts were, but they were dry, tasteless and THE absolute worst donuts I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I hate posting negative reviews but this place deserved it, just like the Wendy’s next-door which was another disaster in itself.

  Two ice coffees shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make. Only two workers who continued taking more orders… they were pouring ice coffees out of a plastic jug? When they had ice coffee on tap? Very strange place coming from a New Englander who lives on dunks. This was beyond turtle speed. Came back to this review to add more- COFFEE WAS MADE WRONG! The ice isn’t even dunks ice and just cherry on the top the straws are not original! Dunks corporate should be disappointed in this place.
