  Really pathetic, brand, new location, very inconsistent food . One day it’s OK ,next day horrible. Someone needs to tell them you don’t put flour tortillas in the microwave, it’s obvious. So chewy , you could barely eat it. Won’t go back there again.

  this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at my time of eating chipotle. Not only did the employees act like they don’t want to Work the way they handle the food and portions is awful. Today I went inside the woman who took my order, just threw down food onto my bowl and half the portions weren’t even correct. While she looked like she just totally loved her job. Never had a good experience at this chipotle.

  Drove here and got out to get food, all the doors are locked. Can only order through app for drive through. Even though there's 2 hours till closing.. seriously? Then on top of no access to getting in it is a 25 minute wait if I order on the app? We ordered and they couldn't had been more stingy with the toppings. Very disappointed. Bowl was pathetically half filled Then didnt get the sause we asked for so had to go around in the drive through again just to see they let friends in and when we went to get sause dude handed it to us one half full and the other a tenth full and covered in the sause Sticky cap and cup. Will never be coming back to this pathetic location because frankly this isnt the first time this location has had absolute crap. Customer service.

  Terrible customer service! I have been to this location at least 10 times and only once had cooked vegetables. It’s been on downtime and it’s been a busy times and I always get the same excuse when I ask, they don’t know why yesterday I go in on a Friday night which is normally busy 14 people in front of me waiting on chicken. I finally get to the counter and was not greeted with a warm welcome at all. I ask do you have any vegetables Upon inquiring about the availability of vegetables, the individual responded negatively. The guy shakes his head no, I ask. Can you tell me why you never have vegetables especially on a Friday night when it’s busy, he looks at me and says what do you want ma’am? This place is rude employees and are always out of items that are supposed to be on the menu. I’m sorry if I was running a restaurant like this you definitely have your primary protein always cooked and items ready and available that are on the menu.
