  Stopped here while traveling, the gentleman who took our order (I think his name is Anthony) was very helpful and kind. He made recommendations for us as well, if I could separately give the service he offered five stars I would! However, there was a woman working by the name of Toni who was being incredibly rude to Anthony as well as other customers. I don’t know if maybe she was having a bad day or if this is her norm, but regardless it isn’t acceptable to treat your staff that way. She was being hostile with how she spoke to him and also to multiple customers, perhaps she needs more training. She is the biggest reason for the lower rating as her attitude and behavior toward the other employee was just really distasteful, and that’s probably under-exaggerating. The food and drinks were as expected and everything was warm and made correctly so no complaints there!

  Do not stop here!! We wasted 1.5 hr for two coffees and two sandwiches. The entire staff acted as if they had never worked here a day in their lives. One register was open, order ahead kiosks were broken, and they do not accept mobile app ordering. In the middle of ordering the employee stopped to complain to a coworker, everyone was moving at a glacier pace, and we could see employees just standing around in the back of kitchen. Every customer before us had something wrong with their order and had to have their food or coffee remade. Absolute waste of time

  Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I stopped here on my way to Disney and on the way back and both times got out of line because the service was so slow, I stood in line for 10 mins before I realized they hadn’t taken any new orders and the line hadn’t moved both times I tried. They really need some guidance by management to learn how to handle the customers.

  I wood give -5 stars. I was waiting at register and none of the workers looked at me, after I asked if I have to order here or at the kiosk Dunkin donuts lady said I can order here but it'll be 30 min wait. After that I went to rest aria shop and on the way back I saw that they were taking order from others.

  they didn’t take our orders rightly and we had to wait for 45 minutes on a terrible atmosphere. they weren’t working they were only giggling and it was a really bad experience. i’m never coming back. learn how to organise big crowds. it happened at 9 am
