This place needs either new management or to be shut down over all. It has given a horrible name to the pollo topical franchise and shouldn’t even be there.

Waiting for over 1 hour to dine inside of in restaurant without any warning of needing to wait is ridiculous!! Additionally, we were told that they were out of several food items from breaded chicken to specific sauces, all the while they would offer that same food item to the next customer. The manager working the evening of 3/22/26 was rude, and unorganized. I have had positive experiences at this pollo, but this experience was awful.

Staff was avoidant and horrible to communicate. Nothing was offered to correct the situation. Horrible experience.
