- PCPascale ChangApr 4, 20262.0Food is what you expect from McDonald’s but the service is lacking. Staff is often unfriendly. They will look you in the eyes and completely ignore you unless you ask them a direct question. Managers are rude and often unprofessional (I’ve heard managers yelling at employees often). I get that it is fast food and it’s busy, but being kind to customers is the bare minimum.

- RHra HollidayMar 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience today. I understand that drive-thru staff can be busy, but the service I received was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap, but it was made with a non-spicy sauce instead. While I was ordering and paying, the employee began reading back my order but suddenly stopped midway after looking at my face. It felt strange and uncomfortable. At both the payment window and the pickup window, the employees were dismissive and unfriendly. It honestly made me question whether I was being treated differently because I am Asian. This was especially disappointing because I’ve always had positive experiences at same place McDonald’s before. Unfortunately, the employees working the drive-thru today made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had. This happened on March 14, 2026 at around 12:29 PM through the drive-thru. Of course, they also forgot to include a straw with my drink.

I would never return until the fire all the workers with bad attitudes or dirty habits like fidgeting with their ears while serving you food. Very dirty place.
