I visit Cleveland Clinic Weston regularly, and the Subway at 2950 Cleveland Clinic Blvd is honestly one of the bright spots during long, stressful days. The food is always fresh and made just right, but what makes it exceptional is the incredible team behind the counter. Ellen is an absolute superstar—super friendly, remembers orders like a pro, and always has a warm smile that makes you feel cared for even when you're rushing through. Lisa is lightning-fast yet so careful with every detail; she customizes subs perfectly without missing a beat, and her positive energy is contagious. And JP? The guy is a legend—great recommendations, generous portions, and he handles the lunch rush like a champ while keeping everything running smoothly and cheerfully. Thanks to Ellen, Lisa, and JP, this Subway feels more like a welcoming oasis than a hospital quick-stop. Fresh ingredients, quick service, and genuine kindness—it's the gold standard. I have a loved one in the emergency room here, and took 4 minutes (I checked to make sure) to call her at the register to ask what soup she wanted, while the guy behind the counter is interrupting me and rushing me when there were only 2 other people in line (who were conversation with each other patiently and hadn’t even decided what they wanted yet.) He kept saying things like “sir? Come on sir. Sir please.” Trying to rush me. My loved one is in pain and I’m trying to make sure her food (which she has to be very selective about because of her medical condition) is exactly what she wanted, and he’s being pushy and rushing in an unprofessional way.
