- STSHON TAY2 days ago1.0I was recently at this location and l used their vending machine to purchase a diet coke. The vending machine charged me extra money for a sandwich that I did not purchase. When I tried to get one of the employees to help me, he told me that there was nothing he could do and then proceeded to ignore me. I asked him again if he could assist me. While he did come over to the vending machine ultimately he told me I would just have to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that I would have to come back to the location on Tuesday because his manager was out of town. I told him that that did not make any sense that I would have to traveI 30 minutes to get my refund.Then, l asked him if he could just fix me a sandwich and that I would pay the difference; he told me that he could not do that because it was not the same thing and then proceeded to take my order with little disregard for what had just happened. There is no way that I should have had to pay nearly eleven dollars for a diet coke! Terrible customer service! I will never eat here again

But I have to say, this was my very first time at the Subway on 2804 Weston Road, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. I’ve never experienced such friendly and attentive service at any other Subway before. The staff prepared my tuna sandwich perfectly, fresh and exactly how I like it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!
