I hate to be the guy to do this and I’m sure I’m gonna get some sort of canned response but I’ve been steady going here since they originally opened. I moved out through Weston in 1996. This place has always been solid but the last few times I’ve gone there I’ve Had very bad experiences as someone else said the staff is rude and unresponsive talking about customers while I’m sitting at the window, waiting for my food, rolling their eyes when told things by other employees where customers can visibly see it and then snapping at me when I ask for a condiment is not the way to maintain business. I just ordered delivery through a third-party app tonight for the second time in a row my order is completely wrong not there’s an item missing but it’s completely wrong. Somebody else’s order entirely. I wouldn’t be this upset except I needed specifically what I ordered for something. I’m preparing here at home. I’m injured and cannot drive back to get it so this really kind of messed me up. I don’t trust that if I re-order it it’ll be delivered correctly so I’m not even gonna bother. I guess I’ll have to think of another plan for dinner after waiting 50 minutes for the delivery. Not to mention what was delivered is half the cost of what I ordered and looks absolutely terrible so I don’t even know what the point is I should’ve known better by now!

Young woman at the drive thru with pink hair is extremely rude with an attitude. Was very rude to my fiance for no reason. It’s pollo tropical, it’s never that deep that you should feel it’s okay to be rude to a customer.
