She placed an order asked for extra rice and as she left it was not in the bag. she drove right around back into the drive through and pulled up the the window to let them know and the drive through gentleman stated he knows he put it in the bag when she asked him so where did it go he basically insinuated she was hiding it for free rice. The lady in the store with him stated "she saw him put him in the bag"... again my mom said it was not in her bag all she did was leave the drive through and come right back around. maybe they put it in the wrong bag everyone knows this pollo gets orders wrong all the time. instead they embarrassed my mom for a 3$ rice when she could literally buy all the rice in the restaurant and then some! My mom so embarrassed offered to even pay extra and buy another rice they refused her payment and as they handed her the rice again made the statement "no but i know i put it in the bag" again basically accusing my mom of lying and stealing a $3 rice. A senior vice president of a bank lying for $3 rice is ridiculous. They need to learn better customer service in training and that's obvious with this store. I'm on the phone with corporate now because seeing how upset and embarrassed my mom was when she got to my job for us to have lunch together made me VERY upset and I need this store to do better!!!

Last time I went I could not even communicate with the person taking the order and eventually I just gave up at the drive-thru.Today I tried again and I got a grilled chicken sandwich and I could not believe how small the piece of chicken was. If you look at the picture attached of the piece of chicken it looks absolutely nothing like the pieces of chicken in their advertisements on the menu. In those pictures, the chicken breast is larger than the bun size. Previous times I've gone the service has been mediocre at best and for a year they did not even have unsweet tea because they said their machine was broken. How could the machine be broken for a year? I have totally given up, even though the food can sometimes be tasty, it is far too much aggravation.
