- BSBrook SmithJan 22, 20261.0Horrible service ,we input the time for it to be here at 2:30 just so it wouldn’t be cold and just two minutes after we placed it it said it’ll be delivered at 1:17 so we called and somehow they said it’s not possible to change the time order even though it wasn’t an issue on our end it was in theirs,and they said they somehow put 3 pies of pizza in the oven so they said they can’t heat it up again to deliver at 230 but they can only give the order cold and let it sit for 2 hours until 230 ,mind you it’s 12:25.we spent $60 for cold food.because they’re website messed up.
