Delivery times have become completely unacceptable — it regularly takes close to two hours to receive my order, even though the app shows the pizza is made almost immediately. By the time it arrives, it’s usually cold, soggy, or missing toppings. The quality of the pizza itself has also dropped dramatically. What used to be hot, fresh, and consistent now feels rushed and careless. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to depend on decline so much. Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances to improve, I’ll be taking my business to Papa John’s from now on. Hopefully, Domino’s management takes these reviews seriously and makes some much-needed changes. From the reviews it seems im not the only person that feels this way.
