Before, there was a promise that if you waited more than 30 minutes you would get the pizza for free, and now not even an apology. Everything was awful.

I arrive and of course it’s closed and to a similar review of the same night, I was ignored by people inside and the mid 20’s worker completely disregarded me on multiple occasions and I could see my food on the counter. Actually such an unreal experience.
